Training Courses for Expert Witnesses & Mediators
TAE offers a comprehensive range of training programmes for Expert Witnesses and Mediators. This enables both TAE members and others to develop their skills, and undertake Continuous Professional Development activity.
Courses range from basic Role and Responsibilities through to the requirements of Procedure Rules and the practice of Giving Evidence.

Our courses are all highly interactive and are generally taught in small groups with strong delegate participation being a key factor in their success.

The Expert Witness Foundation Course course is an intensive study through both the theory and more practical aspects of being an Expert Witness.
As an Expert you will be judged on the quality of your evidence - not just the quality of your opinion.
If you are considering becoming a Mediator or would just like to further your understanding of the process we have a full day course taking place in January 'An Introduction to Mediation'.
TAE's annual Lunch for members and guests.
This is a technical course which will deal with all you need to know to get started and run an Expert Determination. It is a pre-requisit for those wishing to become a TAE accredited Expert Determiner.
The first Module in TAE's Commercial Mediation Training Course.
This two day course is the foundation course for applicants for the Academy's Register of Qualified Mediators.
