Terms & Conditions
All Cancellations must be made in writing.
- For cancellation more than 28 full calendar days before the event
- Full Refund
- For cancellation between 14 and 28 calendar days before the event
- 50% Refund
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the event
- No Refund
Please note that any delegates who do not attend on the day will not receive a refund. You are very welcome to send a replacement for courses that are not part of a multi-day course or combined programme (eg Commercial Mediation Training).
