You will be cross-examined by a barrister during the day and should supply us with the following as soon as possible if you have not already done so - this must be received no later than 10 days prior to the course.

• A copy of a short report which you have written. This need not be factual but should contain enough detail for you to be cross-examined.
• A one page synopsis of points for attack on your report in cross-examination.
• If the report was exchanged a copy of the opposing Expert’s report if available.
• The case, which you choose to submit, should no longer be active as we are not allowed to rehearse for court.
• If you are not able to supply a report a case study can be provided. This must, however, be by prior arrangement as you will need to study the report in advance of the course.
