Join us at The Academy of Experts for an insightful evening with Stephen Walker, civil and commercial mediator and author, as he discusses his new book, Digital Mediation. As we navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by online dispute resolution, Stephen’s book offers a thoughtful examination of both how digital platforms like Zoom are reshaping the field of dispute resolution and whether AI will make things better or worse.

Stephen will discuss the pros and cons of online mediation. He will share his insights on the transition to online, exploring whether this shift represents a breakthrough in dispute resolution or introduces new challenges that complicate the mediation process. This event is ideal for anyone interested in dispute resolution, so whether you are a professional mediator, an expert witness or simply curious about the impact of digital communication on our ability to resolve disputes this promises to be a fascinating evening.

This event offers a great opportunity for members to engage with an expert in the field, gain a deeper understanding of online mediation, and discuss the future of conflict resolution in a digital world.

After the meeting there will be an opportunity to continue the conversation and network over drinks in Gray’s Inn Bar.
