[Brief_CV] => Trevor is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years experience in matters of quantum in both construction and civil engineering projects. He is an exceptionally well qualified and experienced quantum expert, specialising in the valuation of complex claims including matters of valuation and measurement, variations, loss and expenses, delay and disruption, costing remedial works and costs following termination of contract.
Trevor is regularly instructed as a quantum expert and is able to produce concise and persuasive reports. He has given evidence as an expert and has been cross-examined by lawyers at arbitration hearings.
His experience is extensive, having worked on building projects including housing, industrial and commercial, and civil engineering projects encompassing infrastructure, roads and bridges, rail, tunneling, wastewater treatment, utilities, power distribution, harbours and oil and gas. He is well versed in the use of SBC, JCT, NEC, ICE and FIDIC contracts.
He also acts as an adjudicator.
