Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, since which time he has specialised in forensic accounting. He brings to the Kingston Smith Forensic Accounting Services team a wide range of experience in business interruption claims, contractual disputes, professional negligence actions, fraud investigations, business valuations and the assessment of losses in compulsory purchase matters.
Tom has also acted for both the Prosecution and Defence in criminal cases, including high profile enquiries and prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office, together with confiscation proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Tom has been appointed as an Expert Witness in his own right on several occasions.
