Having considerable knowledge from working on a number of iconic construction projects throughout all sectors of the industry, I continue to provide commercial and contractual support and advice to Employers, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors in relation to high value and complex projects.

I am the Chief Executive of Pyments, a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Programme Analysts, and Dispute Resolution Consultants, whose primary service is the administration of construction contracts, together with expert witness services on quantum and delay and disruption.

Highly experienced in all aspects of construction related matters, I have been consistently instructed by Solicitors, Contractors, Employers and the Courts (Single Joint Expert) to provide opinion on matters of quantum, extension of time and loss and/or expense, and in so doing, provided written and oral evidence to all forms of tribunal, including the TCC.
