Tim is experienced in high specification residential construction, low-rise commercial buildings, off-site manufacturing and custom build. Other specialisms and keen interests include heritage buildings and Tudor oak framed buildings.
Tim’s expert witness experience has involved instructions from individuals, solicitors and loss adjusters, primarily involving claims regarding defective or non-compliant construction of residential or low-rise commercial property, contractor and boundary disputes.
