[Brief_CV] => For over thirty years I was employed in the Financial Services industry working for S.G. Warburg, Mercury Asset Management and Merrill Lynch. I was involved in all aspects of HR with particular emphasis regarding remuneration, payroll and policy.
Since joining GMR Consulting I have been involved in a range of HR consulting projects in Financial Services and other industries. These include mandates in compensation, benefits, pensions and redundancy. I am also a Trustee of several Financial Services pension schemes.
I have been instructed by claimant and defendant solicitors and as a SJE to prepare career employment and remuneration reports for PI, clinical negligence, family, commercial litigation and employment claims. I have given evidence in Court and at Employment Tribunal hearings and have been deposed in the USA. I hold the CUBS Certificate of Expert Witness Accreditation and am a member of the EWI and an APIL tier 1 Expert.

I joined SG Waburg & Co Ltd in 1972 and in 1989 transferred to Mercury Asset Management to establish a dedicated assest management HR function. I subsequently became the Head of HR for Mercury Asset Management, working for the Senior Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
I have been involved in a wide range of HR consulting projects in both Financial Services and other industries since joing GMR Consulting in 2003. These include mandates in the remuneration, pensions and redundancy areas. I have also been instructed by solicitors acting for both claimants and defendants to prepare career employment and remuneration reports in connection with personal injury, clinical negligence, divorce and employment tribunal claims. I hold the Cardiff University Certificate of Expert Witness Accreditation.
