    [Brief_CV] => Simon has 40 years of experience working in the banking and financial world, having worked in bank trading rooms for over 28 years, firstly as a derivatives trader and then as part of senior management as bank treasurer. The banks were both investment banks and wholesale banks.

Throughout this time, Simon built up a huge array of knowledge of different aspects of banking, which he deploys today as the author of expert reports.

For the past 12 years, Simon has worked as an expert witness, providing expert reports on a whole wealth of banking and finance issues to the legal profession, for banking and corporate clients, for the Crown Prosecution Service, and for supranational bodies and central banks.

Simon has maintained up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing regulatory landscape, new governance rules, and new financial products and instruments, and he regularly provides training and lectures to graduates, to bankers, to lawyers, to central bankers, and to the regulators themselves.
