Confiscation
Acted for a convicted drug dealer who had dealt in performance enhancing drugs over a 5 year period. The prosecutionÚs assessment of the DefendantÚs benefit was over £5 million and available amount the same. Through my evidence and advice, the Defendant actually paid approximately £300,000.
Fraud
Acted for an individual who was charged with mortgage fraud by allegedly overstating his income on his mortgage application. As a result of my analysis of the DefendantÚs earnings over a 6 year period, the Prosecution dropped the case.
Personal Injury
I have acted for both Claimants and Defendants quantifying the loss of earnings and/or pension as a result of a serious accident.
Commercial disputes
I acted for an individual who had sold her business to a multinational company. The purchaser made a claim against my client for approximately £5 million, alleging that she had breached the warranties by not maintaining correct accounting records and that she had breached FSA regulations. My client made a counterclaim for breach of contract. I provided a detailed analysis of my clientÚs accounting transactions, an expert report and attended the mediation. As a result of my findings, the client received over £100,000.

I have over 10 years experience in the accountancy profession.I have specialised in forensic accountancy for the past seven years and have been instructed on numerous cases including fraud and other investigations, commercial and contractual disputes, transaction dispute advisory and valuation matters. I have acted for both claimants and defendants.
