Mr Lewis specializes in providing consulting services on engineering and construction issues relating to a broad range of both large and small construction projects. His experience is in the areas of constructability, structural and architecture design and failure analysis; construction estimating and costs; schedule and claim analysis and related construction management services.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr Lewis is a Registered Professional Engineer in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts,  Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia Washington, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia. PEng, Ontario, Canada

Mr Lewis has had over 30 years experience as a General Contractor self performing all excavation, concrete, masonry, steel erection and general carpentry construction. This experience included the estimating and supervision of all site civil work, utilities, storm water piping, site grading as well as the structural concrete, steel erection and interior finishes.

For the past 20 years, I have provided forensic analysis and expert testimony of building construction defects, water intrusion, design professional standard of care. I am an experienced construction estimator planner and scheduler and have provided expert analysis and testimony on large and complex projects.

While most of my experience has been in the USA, I have been involved in projects in Canada, Africa, Asia and Central America.
