Mr Paddle has given oral evidence under cross-examination in international proceedings, including the Supreme Court of the Bahamas and LCIA arbitration in London, and has been instructed in matters before courts and tribunals in England & Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.?
Mr Paddle has prepared expert reports and advisory opinions for law firms, wealth managers, banks and government bodies in cases involving complex investment products, structured products, suitability, and regulatory standards of care. His experience spans contentious and non-contentious work, including mediation support, regulatory and internal investigations, and technical input on industry practice and conduct within UK and offshore financial services markets.
