The skill I developed in waterproofing work assists me in offering good solutions, writing specifications and also in delivering successful works with the use of project management and construction management techniques, which are project control processes, in terms of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.
I assist clients to resolve their water leakage problems by identifying the causations through diligent and impartial disgnosis and investigation, underpinned by the breadth of experience and knowledge which I grain from being in the BUilding Construction field in the last 30 years.
I am a holder of Master Degree in Project Management, a Chartered Surveyor (RICS), a Chartered Builder (CIOB), and a professional member of the RCI of USA. I am also an accredited mediator and accredited expert in the dispute resolution field in Hong Kong.
