Expert Witness Snapshot
Peyrouz has over 25 years’ experience in the design, review and delivery of complex building structures in the UK and internationally. His principal areas of expertise include reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings, tall and multi-storey developments, piled foundations, basements, transfer structures, refurbishment and the appraisal and remediation of existing structures.
His experience includes technical review of structural design, design development and coordination, specialist design interfaces, construction sequencing and buildability.
His dispute-related work includes review of contemporaneous project records and technical evidence, assessment of alleged structural and design defects, technical causation and potential remediation. He is currently instructed by solicitors on a confidential construction and engineering dispute, involving detailed document review and preparation of an independent technical advisory report.
