He has extensive expertise as an expert witness in criminal cases, acting both for defendantsÚ solicitors and the Police/CPS. His work has included advising on the strength of evidence in fraud trials, the quantification of the value of criminal activity and confiscation hearings following a conviction. Peter regularly acts as an expert witness commercial disputes and matrimonial settlements and in valuing businesses for these purposes, and also in peronal injury, fatal accident and clinical negligence cases. He is experienced in giving evidence in Court.
 
 Peter is an Associate of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and lectures extensively on subjects including the valuation of family businesses in matrimonial proceedings and quantifying damages in commercial litigation and personal injury/fatal accident claims.
