Expert Witness Snapshot

Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is accredited by them as both a Forensic Accountant and Expert Witness. He qualified in 1992.

Peter founded Quantis, Chartered Accountants in 2004, which is based in the North East of England. He was formerly a Director of Deloitte and also Head of Forensic Accounting Services at Dickinson Dees, Law Firm, which was one of the first UK law firms to appoint an in- house Forensic Accountant.

During the past five years, Peter has acted in over 200 matters, either as a Party Appointed Expert, Single Joint Expert, Shadow Adviser, Expert Determiner or Arbitrator.

Criminal matters including Fraud, Theft, Money Laundering and Criminal Property

Peter has given oral testimony in both the Civil and Criminal Courts
