He has previously led a team of construction professionals offering expert advisory and CPR compliant expert witness services to any of the parties in a potential or actual dispute. Director of Gleeds Advisory and head of the Dispute Advisory teams in Bristol and London; part of an International Construction Consultancy with circa 1,000 staff and 46 offices worldwide. Responsible for a team of experts in planning & programming, project management, quantity surveying, building surveying and sub-consultants specialising in engineering/architectural and ship-building. Extensive experience within the team including as Single-Joint Experts and "hot-tub" testimony.

Appointed as Expert Witnesses on numerous arbitrations, litigations on disputes involving ship refits, sulphuric acid plants, steel mills, residential, commercial, roads, bridges, palaces, opera houses, gold mines, airports, cracker complexes, nuclear plants, sports stadia, brick factories and power stations. Instructed by prominent lawyers/barristers internationally. Appointed on numerous ICC/Marine arbitrations in the UK as well as Kuwait, Johannesburg, Durban, Lesotho, Ghana, Gabon, Manila, Trinidad, Kazakhstan, Russia, Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Romania. Experienced with most leading software packages including Primavera P3/P6, SureTrak, Microsoft Project, PowerProject and others and specialist in-house relational database programmers within the team.
