[Brief_CV] => I am an RIBA Chartered Architect and Registered Expert with over 20 years’ experience working across all stages of the design and construction process.
I have prepared expert reports and undertaken forensic analysis on professional negligence claims involving external cladding, roofing systems, fire safety compliance and construction defects. I have acted as a named expert in adjudication proceedings and my expert appointments have included disputes with values in excess of £60 million. I also have experience of opining on disputes concerning design responsibility, scope splits and coordination issues involving multiple parties on complex projects.
During my 20 years in architectural practice, I worked across all stages of project delivery. This included client briefing, concept design, planning applications, technical specifications, regulatory compliance and site inspections. I was responsible for the delivery of several national award-winning schemes across a variety of sectors including performing arts venues, education facilities, commercial offices and mixed-use developments with values up to £98 million.
I am also a part-time examiner for the University of Westminster on their Postgraduate Diploma course in Architectural Professional Practice (RIBA Part 3).
