[Brief_CV] => Mr Paul Harding is a very experienced Chartered Architect, having been in private practice for over 40 years. He has won multiple UK & Jersey Awards for his buildings. He has been Project Architect on many complex projects including multi-million public and residential buildings. He is an Associate Practising Member of the Academy of Experts, a member of the RIBA Professional Standards Panel, recently appointed by IStructE President to Chair Disciplinary Boards, 2022-23 Chairman of Jersey 41 Club (Association of ex-Round Tablers) & 2023 Chairman of 41 Club & Tangent 2023 National Conference. Paul was a long-standing Governor of Highlands College (retired 2023 after 20 years service), former Chairman of Governors (2012-14) and Chair of Quality & Standards Committee, (2017-23) at Highlands College of further & higher education in Jersey. Paul has substantial experience acting in the following roles: Board Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Chartered Architect, Educationalist, Public Speaker, Strategist, Executive Director, Chair of 3rd Sector Organisations, Media & PR, Article Writing, Report Writing, Public Relations. He established and was founding Chairman of The Jersey Construction Council, representing the whole construction sector and was President of The Association of Jersey Architects for three terms.
