Over the last 4years I have worked extensively in getting organisations GDPR compliant, aligning to DPA2018, reviewing, assessing and handling incidents and issues around Privacy and Data Protection including liasing with the ICO. I am a Fellow of the BCS and Chartered Management Institute and an Associate Member of the Institute of Information Security Professionals. I have been involved in contract definition, contract dispute resolution technical due diligence for mergers, acquisition and contract disputes including mediation and contract challenge.
