[Brief_CV] => Mr Neill is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert with over 25 years of construction industry experience.
He is an accredited Expert Witness who has been appointed as a Quantum Expert Witness in Adjudication and Arbitration arising in London, the Court of Session in Edinburgh, and the Technology and Construction Court in London (TCC). Michael has also been appointed as a Quantum Expert Witness in disputes arising in both Aberdeen and Glasgow Sherriff Court.
Michael is a Senior Director in FTI’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice based in the UK, working from the Stirling office.
Michael previously worked for multinational contracting organisations, latterly acting as commercial lead and responsible for all commercial aspects of Construction Projects.
He has extensive pre-contract and post-contract project experience encompassing the education, retail, leisure, and commercial sectors of the construction industry.
He has also advised clients on contractual and commercial matters and prepared adjudication submissions, expert reports, and claim documents in relation to construction, engineering, infrastructure, and petrochemical projects.
Michael has also delivered bespoke training sessions for Contractors on topics such as NEC3, NEC4 and record keeping.
