Mr Arch has built up 20 years of experience in the construction industry working as a key member of the project team on a variety of high profile building and infrastructure projects both within the UK and Internationally, including research and development responsibilities.
He has been appointed as the named Expert on a number of disputes, concerning both delay and quantum issues and has specialist experience working with insurance losses. He is experienced in preparing both expert reports and claim documents across a wide range of construction sectors. He is experienced in the presentation of analysis/conclusions, preparing written expert reports and has experience of giving evidence under cross examination and concurrent evidence sessions.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting he spent 7 years as a structural engineer, working with many leading developers and contractors. Within this period he was seconded to a major contractor to assist in the procurement and execution of site works.
Mr Arch is competent with all IT resources and techniques including 3D modeling and programme analysis. He is accomplished in numerous planning software packages including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project. He is able to use these tools to investigate and demonstrate the results of complex construction issues.
