I am an experienced forensic accountant and expert witness, offering a partner-led approach to cases.

I am instructed to act as expert accountant in civil and criminal matters. I have acted as expert in various Courts and Arbitrations, usually instructed as a party expert, but also as Single Joint Expert. I have given evidence under cross-examination in criminal and civil courts. I am also experienced in acting as an expert determiner.

I also regularly accept appointments as an advisor to assist clients. This work will include the preparation and defence of claims outside of a formal expert appointment and has included modelling amounts payable to claimants in large group actions and compensation schemes.

My appointments on forensic accounting cover most industries and have involved companies or individuals in the UK, Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia and Africa. Cases range in quantum from thousands to billions.

I lead share and business valuation assignments for contentious and non-contentious matters and also have extensive experience leading investigations, including high profile fraud matters and to assist insolvency practitioners.
