Since then, I have worked as a delay analyst in construction disputes. I have worked on a wide range of projects in the following sectors: Residential, commercial, transportation and energy.

[Brief_CV] => Prior to becoming a delay expert, I gained 8 years of practical experience as a site-based planner with major UK contractors.
I began my delay analysis career with Davis Langdon in 2008. During my time at Davis Langdon, I assisted the lead expert on the well know Walter Lilly vs. Mackay case and gained exposure on arbitrations and adjudications assisting the main experts. I then joined Tempus Delay Analysis in 2012 and worked there until 2015. It was during my time at Tempus Delay Analysis that I started to obtain my first expert appointments. I also gained my first arbitral appointment on an International Arbitration and gave oral testimony under cross-examination. I then joined Blackrock Expert Services in 2017 and continued to obtain my own expert appointments and gain further delay expert experience.
During my time at Blackrock Expert Services I gained experience on high rise, rail, airports, chemical processing, IT, data centre and hospital projects. Following which, I joined HKA in 2021 and worked on more of my expert appointments. During my time at HKA I gained wind farm experience, further high rise and commercial experience. I then joined Delta Consulting Group in December 2023 and continue to obtain my own expert delay appointments.
