Born in 1954 I am married with two children. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979.

I specialise in corporate reconstruction, rescue and recovery techniques. I have considerable experience in helping troubled small to medium corporates, owner-managed businesses and professional practices regarding:

appraisals;

bank / solvency reviews;

brokering rescues;

claim design / timing;

de-mergers;

disaster planning;

investigations;

negotiation support;

turnarounds;

very rapid business sales;

workouts.

I receive instructions from banks, solicitors, companies and fellow accountants. As a Member of the Academy of Experts I can bring my practical expertise to expert witness reports.

I have given evidence in Court.
