He is a director of a well-established residential survey business, Osborne Irish Associates and has been providing survey reports and valuations on a full time basis since he qualified in 1990.</p>
<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mark also provides reports on regular basis as an expert witness for matrimonial, contentious trust and probate, professional negligence and a broad range of litigation matters. Mark’s ratio is evenly balanced between claimant and defendant work and is instructed as a SJE in approximately 60% of all new instructions. He also has presented evidence and undergone cross-examination in Court.</p>
Having qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990 and a fellow in 2021, Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in residential property and has recently become a Member of the Academy of Experts
