Her expertise comes from experience in the mobility market over the last 40 years and her current contacts and sources. She keeps up-to-date through exhibitions, training and reading about new assistive technology.
She has run 2 trade associations for vehicle converters, in the UK and Europe.  She has contributed to automotive legislation for wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs).
As an Expert Witness, Linda specialises in cases where a Claimant has been injured in a catastrophic accident which had left them with mobility difficulties and in need of specialist transport for their personal mobility. She works on both sides, but specialises in delivering the most suitable and cost-effective solutions for the client\'s needs. Reports usually follow a domiciliary visit and personal assessment of current & future mobility needs, and include specification of relevant mobility solutions for disabled drivers or passengers for their lifetime, with costings.
Linda has been working with lawyers and case managers for many years and as an expert witness since 2015. Linda was awarded an MBE for \\\'Services to People with Disabilities\\\' in the New Year\\\'s Honours List 2020.
