My work focuses on quantum analysis across the full asset lifecycle, from the delivery of major capital projects through to the operation and maintenance of infrastructure and asset portfolios. I have experience across rail, roads, energy, nuclear, real estate, facilities management and infrastructure operations.
I have acted as a quantum expert in arbitration, adjudication and litigation, including disputes involving prolongation costs, variations, GMP pricing mechanisms, operational expenditure, lifecycle maintenance obligations and commercial negligence claims.
Fluent in German and English, I regularly advise on complex international disputes under FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, JCT and DBFO-based contracts.
