He has over 20 years\' experience, of which he has acted as an independent expert witness on several major projects; has given expert testimony to King\'s counsel whereby matters settled entirely in favour of his assessment, and has prepared independent forensic analysis for use in mediation, adjudication and arbitration during the past 10 years.

Lance has experience of major projects including commercial, residential, oil and gas, infrastructure, land reclamation, marine, rail, and aviation. He has worked throughout the UK and internationally in the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, the Far East, and Australia.

Prior to his experience in alternative dispute resolution, Lance gained valuable experience with top UK contractors in project management, and project planning; whereby he was promoted to lead planner on Europe\'s largest project (approximately £14 billion), as well as gaining valuable experience in the financial sector whereby he learned the importance of project controls and management principles.

Lance is a chartered construction disputes professional by both the CIOB and the CIArb.

He is highly technical with all forms of programming software and delay analysis methodologies; however, he ensures his opinion is predominantly derived from fact and common sense.
