I am a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, and a General Practitioner with a special interest in taxation. I have worked in practice since 1988 and provide accountancy and taxation advice to owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals.

I advise on the tax aspects of transactions, business and share valuations, tax investigations (direct and indirect taxes), capital taxes planning, as well as providing general accountancy and taxation advice. I provide litigation support services to solicitors and barristers in respect of business and share valuations, company profitability, tax aspects of transactions, commercial and partnership disputes and personal injury claims.

I have been instructed as a Party Appointed and Single Joint Expert and have given evidence under cross-examination in the Crown, County and High Court.
