Expert Witness Snapshot
Kate is an experienced expert, advising clients on commercial, shareholder and matrimonial disputes, expert determinations, business valuations, fraud and financial investigations, business interruption and personal injury claims. She has particular expertise in transaction related disputes (warranty claims and completion accounts/earn out disputes).Kate has given evidence on numerous occasions in a range of different courts and tribunals, both in person and via video link.
Kate is a former chair of the ICAEW’s forensic community, an ICAEW accredited forensic accountant and sits on the ICAEW President’s Nominations Scheme panel of experts.
