    [Brief_CV] => I have acted as a security consultant and expert witness since 1995 specialising in all aspects of CCTV (VSS) systems both in the UK and internationally. My experience includes design and project management, specifically CCTV systems for car parks for TfL, custody suites for the Metropolitan and Surrey police, Croydon Civic Centre, Southern Water, Heathrow and Gatwick and the MoD.

I have experience of covert surveillance and motorway surveillance systems. I have also assessed the cyber vulnerability of CCTV systems, specifically high end gift companies.  I am able to analyse CCTV footage and the associated video transmission and data communication systems and advise on ANPR issues.

I represent the Association of Security Consultants on four British Standard Institution (BSi) technical committees and have also acted as UK Principal Expert to the CENELEC (European Standards Committee) Working Group TC79-WG7 for CCTV.   A synopsis of expert witness work undertaken is available.
