Jon Chick has considerable experience of undertaking expert witness commissions either for one party or as a single joint expert. As well as being associated with the Academy of Experts, he is also on the Institute of Civil Engineers register of Expert Witnesses.
Recent expert witness commissions include construction defects and foundation failures to a new house; timber failure in new extensions; structural subsidence to a housing estate and appropriate remedial measures; remedial schemes for heave to housing; general building defects; structural failure of a newly constructed office block.
