I have acted in major planning cases including the Sprucefield (John Lewis) applications, the North-South Interconnector, and the Belfast City Airport Planning Modification Process. Clients have included Belfast International Airport, Marks & Spencer and HMRC.
Based in Belfast with over 30 years\' experience in engineering consultancy on highway, transport, water and marine infrastructure projects, I have worked at the conceptual/strategic level as well as on detailed design, procurement and contractual matters. Key roles/projects have included being Design Manager then Project Manager for 20km of new dual carriageway on the A4 between Dungannon and Ballygawley, and Senior Engineer for the €50m redevelopment of Killybegs Harbour, Ireland\'s largest fishing port.
