    [Brief_CV] => Jason is a Partner within the audit and forensic Accounting Services Department of Parker Russell UK, having specialised in auditing and forensic accounting since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Jason is a statutory auditor for number of global audit clients.

Jason has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and reorganisations, joint ventures, partnerships, equity capital markets flotations and fundraisings and private equity investments.

Jason has been involved in a wide range of assignments including contractual disputes, fraud investigations, business valuations, matrimonial investigations, valuations for litigations purposes, assisted in the response to the unexplained wealth order to be issued by national crime agency by reviewing the available documents and disputes arising from M&A transactions, shareholder disputes and completion accounts disputes.

Jason has been instructed as an Expert Witness on many occasions, to provide assistance to Counsel and has been also instructed by solicitors to act as expert accountant in civil and criminal matters.

Jason was a member of the Council (the ultimate governing body) of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Jason is a CEO and the founder of Parker Russell International, a leading global network of audit, tax, advisory and legal firms.
