He has been involved in the successful execution of railway and tunnelling projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan; oil and gas in Singapore, Thailand and the UAE, and mining works in Australia and West Africa.
He is a CEDR accredited Mediator and on the KLRCA Arbitration and Mediation Panels
Acted as an expert in support of mediation at the London TCC and for arbitrations and mediations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

Project oversight for a US$7 billion capital expenditure programme for a world leading offshore driller.
Claim preparation and forensic delay analyses for multiple railway projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia
Expert witness in a Hong Kong Arbitration for a major commercial property related dispute.
