George Diab is a chartered professional engineer and accredited programming/delay expert witness with nearly 30 years of combined domestic (Australia) and international experience in the contemporary and forensic analysis of delay and disruption events, as well as project planning and programming of construction, engineering and energy projects. George has acted in the capacity of Expert Programming Witness on numerous construction delay and disruption disputes, including some of the largest and highest profile construction claims / disputes in Australia, with a total value in the multiple billions of dollars, and has represented some of Australia\'s largest principal and contracting organisations in the construction and energy sectors. Further, he has provided expert witness testimony and has been cross-examined. George is often invited as a guest speaker by universities to lecture on construction and engineering contracts, construction disputes, construction dispute resolution processes and techniques, construction programming project time management.Core Expertise:
