I am an experienced forensic accountant and expert witness and pride myself on offering a partner-led, commercial and price competitive approach to assignments.I have been involved in a significant number of forensic accounting cases across various industries in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Africa with quantum ranging from low thousands to billions of pounds.
I am instructed by solicitors and prosecuting bodies to act as expert accountant in civil and criminal matters. I have acted as expert in various Courts, Arbitrations and Tribunals, usually as party expert, but also as Single Joint Expert and have given evidence under cross-examination on more than 20 occasions.
I also regularly accept appointments as party advisor to assist clients in the preparation and defence of claims outside of a formal expert appointment. Furthermore, I am also experienced in acting as an expert determiner, including appointments under the ICAEW President's Appointment Scheme.
I also have extensive experience leading investigation and asset recovery assignments in the UK and worldwide, including high profile fraud matters.
