Since July 2018 Gary has been a member of the RICS Boundaries and Party Wall Working Group, who drafted the current RICS Guidance Note on Boundaries (4th Edition). Gary has regularly delivered presentations on Boundaries on behalf of the RICS and provided CPD talks to fellow surveyors and members of the legal profession.
Since April 2019 Gary has undertaken over 200 boundary surveys and reports. Over 80 of which were acting as an expert to produce a CPR (Part 35) compliant report, over 15 of these acting as a single joint expert (SJE). These have led to taking part in several mediations and appearances in Court, along with the production of numerous transfer and agreement plans, as well as plans for \'Determined Boundary\' applications.
