1994-1996 - Barry D Trentham Ltd: Site Agent then Senior Site Agent on various UK construction projects. 
1996-1998 - SMC (Fabrications) Ltd: Contracts Manager, responsible for all aspects of structural steelwork contracts.
1998-2001 - Barry D Trentham Ltd: Project Manager on various construction projects in the UK. 
2001-2005 - James R Knowles Ltd: Consultant, Senior Consultant then Regional Director, providing services related to contractual claims, adjudication, arbitration, expert witness, litigation support and training.
