    [Brief_CV] => I was Instructed by White & Case (London) on 2nd April 2020 to act as an Independent Expert Witness in Construction Project Management in connection with Arbitration proceedings between COWI A/S & Larsen A&CE v. The Government of the Sultanate of Oman. This work extended over two years comprising main expert and reply reports, numerous joint reports with opposing experts, followed by a number of reply reports, followed by the Arbitration Hearings during which I was examined and cross-examined on two days 14th and 16th March 2022 for a total time of some 5 hours.

I am Retained by HKA Global Ltd as an Independent Consulting Expert, primarily in the field of Rock Blasting.

I have very significant experience in two International Arbitrations wherein I was called by White & Case (Paris) as the Prime Witness of Fact on behalf of the Client,
