[Brief_CV] => Since joining Radcliffes & Co a leading firm of Solicitors based in Westminster as their in-house Costs Draftsman I have in the ensuing years undertaken the preparation of bills and advised on Solicitors costs on numerous aspects of the Law with my experience encompassing fields as diverse as Admiralty and Ecclesiastical Law. I have considerable experience of advocacy, negotiation and have conducted costs mediation. Since the advent of costs management I have prepared a large number of costs budgets several in excess of £250,000.00. In addition I have prepared a number of phased bills where assessment will be governed by approved budgets.
I regularly conduct seminars both as to practice and procedure in relation to costs and am happy to give written guidance on practice and procedure. I also regularly advise on file management.
My client base ranges across private practices, not for profit organisations, public bodies and local authorities.

In addition to dealing with all aspects of civil costs I also deal with criminal matters and have represented clients on costs Appeals both in Civil and Criminal cases. Recently, given the advent of the Civil Procedure Rules I have conducted private seminars both as to practice and procedure in relation to costs and the new Rules generally as given written guidance on that practice procedure.
