[Brief_CV] => I am a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Biologist and Chartered Environmentalist. My first career was as an Ecologist. In 2009 I became one of the first two professionals in U.K. to become an Accredited Expert Environmental Witness.
I have acted as an Expert before all the major Courts and Tribunals, and been cross examined on many occasions as part of my work.
Following a long and varied professional career I now specialise in invasive species work, particularly Japanese knotweed. I was the Single Joint Expert in the Supreme Court case of Davies v Bridgend CBC.
I have a particular knowledge of Japanese Knotweed control and associated valuation issues. I provide expert reports on Japanese Knotweed to major institutions, public utilities, surveying companies and private clients and in relation to P.I. claims. As far as I am aware I am the only person who is both a Japanese knotweed expert and an RICS Registered Valuer. I am therefore able to deal with all aspects of a claim in a single report.

I have acted as an Expert before all the major Courts and Tribunals, and been appointed as a Mediator in London County Court as well as my local Courts. One third of my work is now as an Expert, and I regularly prepare reports on building disputes, valuation claims, boundary disputes and other matters.
I hope to develop my practice into the emerging environmental field. I have a particular knowledge of Japanese Knotweed control and environmental land management.
