[Brief_CV] => I spent 26 years in claims management in the Lloyd's Broking world, when I specialised in negotiating large and complex claims with Insurers and Reinsurers in the Lloyd's and London Market. I set up David Brackenbury Associates Ltd. in 2006. Currently, I represent clients in the USA, UK, Mexico and Latin America, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the MENA region, Hong Kong, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Sub-Saharan Africa. I also accept instructions from Insurers and Reinsurers for investigative and audit work. I have a strong interest in loss prevention and risk management practises. I also have great interest and engagement in legal and political matters. I enjoy dealing with large and complex problems. I am intelligent, articulate and possess the ability to get on well with people. I have had extensive seagoing experience as well as being able to offer specific expertise in Specie, Cargo and Marine Insurance and Reinsurance claims matters.
