Founded in 1992, Guildhall Corporate Advisers operates parallel professional practices in strategic management and dispute resolution, with a primary focus on finance and technology both as sectors and as functional disciplines.Both practice areas draw on the managerial, technical and professional experience principal of the firm, Craig Kersey, and its network of associates. This includes the initial build and subsequent management of financial markets trading, structured finance, and risk functions within the London offices of international banking groups, covering a wide variety of instruments and asset classes.
The dispute resolution practice embraces expert and investigative work, mediation, arbitration and expert determination, all disciplines in which Craig holds professional accreditations.
Craig has been instructed as an expert in civil, criminal or regulatory matters. These have involved investment, lending, selling or trading of financial instruments, or associated technologies or services. Analysis of financial instruments, portfolios, or companies has usually been a requirement.
