She specialises in the investigation of delay on construction and engineering projects and has frequently been appointed to act as an independent expert advisor and expert witness on behalf of employers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Claire’s expertise has been gained from having worked for both contractor and consulting organisations. She has worked on a wide range of national and international projects including offshore windfarms, oil and gas, power and processing plants, nuclear developments, airport redevelopments, highways, rail infrastructure, retail and commercial redevelopments, refurbishment and temporary works schemes.
Claire’s experience includes the development and analysis of bid and tender programmes, preparing and implementing master programmes, comprehensive programme monitoring including the evaluation of progress and delaying events, coordination of subcontractor work packages and preparing delay analysis. This combination of skills forms a sound basis for her role as a practising delay and programming expert.
