Expert Witness Snapshot

Mr Stone is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon  at The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. His NHS practice is mainly cancer-based, with sub-specialty interests in the management of malignant melanoma and soft tissue sarcoma. Mr Stone has a busy medico-legal practice in the South West of England, London and South Wales. He is a member of the Academy of Experts and the Expert Witness Institute and he has an LLM in medical law from Cardiff Law School. Mr Stone has regulatory experience having served as a member of the General Medical Council\'s Interim Orders Tribunal. He has published extensively in the plastic surgery literature over the past 15 years, including having written several textbooks. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
