After returning to Gerald Edelman, Carl\'s focus turned to transaction services and special projects, where he was instrumental in founding Gerald Edelman\'s Forensic Accounting and Expert Witness services division.
Carl\'s auditing and investigatory skills are key in analysing financial data to bring to light any discrepancies, potential misrepresentation, or misconduct; helping to establish whether fraudulent activity has occurred.
His vast experience includes:

Carl is experienced in both civil and criminal proceedings and is frequently called upon to prepare expert reports, which are compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules or Criminal Procedure Rules.
