    [Brief_CV] => I am qualified & experienced in the management, control & eradication of invasive weeds & plants. My experience includes working with Japanese knotweed, Giant hogweed, bamboo, Giant knotweed, hybrid knotweeds & other plants included in Schedule 9 of The Wildlife & Countryside Act.
I commenced working with invasive weeds in 1981 & have continued to do so throughout my career. In 2004, I started working full time with Japanese knotweed & other invasive weeds. At this time little information was available on herbicide programmes for knotweed, & developing robust protocols for works formed part of my duties. I qualified as a BASIS adviser in pesticides in 2009, & maintain this accreditation through CPD.
I am an examiner for the Property Care Association\'s (PCA) Certified Surveyor in Japanese knotweed (CSJK) qualification & am an active member of the Invasive Weed Training & Examiner Committee.
